The official ceremony will take place from 1 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., then music and family activities will take place from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. On site, enjoy music with XPLOSION, caricatures by Marc Little, balloons by magician David Roy, inflatable games, cakes and the stilt walker show.
